Employee overcharged me and conveniently did not put the receipt in the bag. Asked manager for a receipt, she gave me a torn receipt with the total missing. Shady all the way around.

I sat in the drive thru for entirely too long while the crew members mostly talked amongst themselves. My food was cold and the girl on the headset sounded like she detested her job when she was taking my order.

My onion rings were hard as a rock! Went through the drive thru didn't think I would have to check them, I was very disappointed when I pulled them out of the bag because you could clearly see they were way over cooked! The burgers were great! I called them, I have 30 days to get fresh onion rings!
